Delivery
I aim to post ready to ship items as soon as possible, but mum life doesn't always allow that, so dispatch could take up to 2 days.
Made to order pieces currently take up to 2 weeks to make and dispatch. This time is subject to change during busy periods! Keep an eye on your inbox for your tracking email!
All UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. International orders will be sent tracked.
I can't currently ship to within the EU as new rules made it difffult for UK small businesses.
Proof of postage is always kept. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels, but will always try to help.
Customs charges
Unfortunately, once a parcel has been posted, it is entirely out of my control. It is the customer’s responsibility to research custom charges for their country, and to pay any fees that may occur.
Returns
Due to the nature of made to order, I cannot accept returns as your garments would have been made especially for you. However, please contact me if there is a problem with your order! I am here to help.
